Built and installed a fridge slide and sliding 'table' as well as a roof console to house the UHF. Got sick of reaching into the fridge and over not having somewhere to cook off the ground. Roof console gets the UHF and cords away from my knee and the gearstick.

Console looks great. How did you mount it?

Thanks mate. I just used the original mount points for the light console with longer (65mm from memory) screws. There isn't much weight there so I found this did the job fine. If I had my time again I'd probably make the console smaller (shorter). It works fine as is but is probably a little longer than it needed to be. I used small right angle brackets to mount the UHF inside the console so need maybe 20-30mm either side of the UHF for that but anything extra is a waste.

Fridge slide and console looks awesome, what are the slides you used to make your fridge slide, and where did you purchase them from ?

Thanks mate. They are 1000mm slides just from ebay. They are ok. I glued a strip of carpet on top of the slide to stop them rattling. Other than they are are pretty good.

Your handyman skills continue from the xtrail days into the challenger days. Another mint addition to a wicked tourer.

Thanks Michael. It's getting there slowly. About $7k would pretty much finish it to where I want it to be so it's gonna be a slow process from here.

New front rotors and pads. Went for DBA slotted rotors and bendix pads and have used that combo before and loved it.
Have to click the photo to actually see it.

Also installed some 200kg constant load springs to bring the rear end back to where is should be after adding weight with drawers, fridge, slide etc.
