So I installed a new fuse block and a neg bar and put a battery I had laying around only need to get my red arc system in now.

Added some more storage with some roof racks on my lid with a basket and I added a duel gauge pod with a duel battery gauge and oil pressure gauge

Yes I like the look of the hard lid but as far as flexibilty goes, well did I say I like the look :?

Yeah the lids a pain but I paid $50 for it and I really didn't have the plan I have now so i now have to live with it lol. They are jaycar led spot lights when I bought mine it didn't have lights there so I went looking for something to fit in there they are on there own switch aswell

The only one i have with them on they aren't as bright as the light bars but they go ok with them all on mainly wanted something down there and most people wanted a arm and a leg for their standard ones

Have you allowed for the flex between the tub and the cabin? That sports bar could easily move an inch or two if you hit the wrong obstacle hard enough.

Yeah there's movement in the pipe so if it flexes it'll move plus the pipe isn't glued so if any issues it can be rearranged.

Hey mate I like the basket on the hard lid, does it handle much weight? Any pics of how the roof racks are attached to the lid?

Hi darrel I've got my max tracks bolted to them and we usually put the kids pram or bike on it other blokes has done the same and said they hold a bit of weight Click to view larger pictureClick to view larger pictureClick to view larger picture
So the first pic is how the back rack is bolted
The second pic there is a hole in the frame is where the front is bolted but I made a mistake and didn't allow for the feet of the racks that's why I had to drill through the frame and the last pic is of the rock armour max tracks that was nut serted in the frame. The roof racks were from a Nissan pintara

Our first family holiday everything went well some awesome coast line around this was in wooli, mini waters and diggers camp beach nsw

Went up bribe on Sunday was a great day.

Done some things this week got put my thumper on a switch. Put my solar reg in a couple of battery gauges pretty happy with it and the left side doubles as storage for the 4wd gear

So I've built my own rear draw and fridge slide just need to carpet it
