Put a small roof rack on the top of the canopy so we can take the Kayaks on the car without the camper. Click to view larger pictureClick to view larger picture
Then made up a small slide track so 1 of my solar panels can slid up into the roof without being damaged.Click to view larger picture

Looking like a good setup mate :)
I hate to advocate drugs, sex, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.

Thanks for that. They say all good things take time. Trying to work out where everything is going to go is doing my head in as we want to be able to use the camper some times which I have put in 2 120 AH batteries with Anderson plugs everywhere and also be able to throw the fringe into the canopy and go without the camper.
Fitted up an accelerator module last night, going to do some testing over the weekend. Click to view larger picture

At Present we are considering removing the tray completely and turning the canopy into a full time body. it would mean building a new tray set and change a few things, Decisions :? Decisions

I'm trying to work out an arrangement for transporting a panel in my Carryboy like that, but need it hinged at the front to account for the way the roof is moulded... Haven't got the gear to do it easily anymore

I usually just build what I need as I go. Being in Melbourne you would have access to alot more hardware suppliers than us in North QLD. I haven't built a swing down panel holder before, Like any little project the time is in the design.

I've got access to the materials, all my tools are in storage... :(

The design is easy... Bolt off the M10 studs on the underside of the Carryboy rails with a hinged carrier, and some sort of latching mechanism at the back...

Just hard to do at home fabrication with my stuff sitting in the back of a storage shed :(

I was very skeptical about these throttle modules, but after doing some testing over the weekend I have been converted. If I can get the same improvement again when I finally get it tuned I will be a happy camper. :D

My car seemed to be getting slower and slower and just about to go in for it 50k service I decided to pull the intake pipe of the T/B and have a look inside.Click to view larger picture I then grabbed a scope camera and inserted it through the T/B to have a look. I only got about 6 inches in and the screen went black ( I thought the battery must have gone flat) pulled it out to find this.Click to view larger picture So I had a chat to our Mitsubishi dealer and asked him to check it out. They informed me that they cleaned the manifold and egr when I picked it up. I had a quick look again with the camera and it looks like they may have replaced the manifold completely. Car goes heaps better now. I have had Tony's little gadget in for only 500okm. I have just ordered a Provent 200 to slow up the turbo sucking oil out of the head and leaving residue throughout the inlet system. Will be interesting to have another look after 10000km.

Last night I got sick of where the Scan gauge was so I went about fitting up into the dash just under the LED clock set up.

Leaving it aluminium, it is easier to modify as we change our minds. I am starting a checker-plate canopy this weekend for it.
Fitted up my new front Recovery points this afternoon after work.
Click to view larger picture I think I will need to look at a bash plate after see what the factory one is made of.

Mate can you please tell me where you got the recovery points from, I'm in need of some.

Thanks
