Nice. Is it just on one end, or a pair, each end?

Did you have to drill into the side of the tailgate to fit it? I was looking at something similar on ebay recently.

Now that I have 165 ah of battery.Click to view larger picture.it was taking too long to charge on the road so I've added a smart pass to my existing ctec dual ...Click to view larger pictureClick to view larger picturethat gives me up to 100 amps of five stage regulated charging whilst on the road through an additional ctec unit with low voltage cutout and charging of the starting battery when connected to solar(210watts)or a 240v charger... Click to view larger pictureClick to view larger pictureIn a addition to that a very smart little volt netter that shows V,A,W,%,Ah,&time to go...from victoron energy.....messy wiring is a work in progress...

Hey VS a question if you don't mind. I have just fitted the tailgate damper and it binds the cables when the tailgate is shut doesn't feel nice. The damper is so of on the piss now it's fitted was this the same as yours. I changed the mounting bolts top to bottom but no real change. Thanks Mike

MIKE ...Some pics would help....the cable sits to the left of mine and seats in nicely....the cable ends need to be freely swivelling on the mount bolt....and did you drill the bottom hole exactly in the position in the pic fwd of the square hole on the tailgate....
For better pics go to eBay and search for this strut below...in the first pic..
