I bit of a update.
I had a cheap Chinese double din stereo, gps and dvd player in the triton and I was never realy happy with it.
After a day trip last weekend when my uhf decided not to work I thought it was time for a change.
So here is the results.
A new Sony stereo with blue tooth.
A garmin gps with 4wd mapping and a Autel MaxiTrip computer.
And i relocated my uhf from the radio spot to below the radio.

No update's.
But could any body tell me were i could get the bracket's to go on the bullbar to the side rail's.
I have rang Arb but they can't tell me if they sell them separately, still waiting on a call from them.
I have looked at the fence type but they are just to ugly to use on the triton.

Looking good Rats :D

Are you taking the measurements of everything ? :D

Maybe you can quote some for me :P

;)

I am sure the other brands are the fencing ones, maybe try a pool fencing place ?
Or just make em custom :?
I work with wood , not metal so I have no idea what I am talking about ( custom)

Yea I'm taking measurement's.
And I know why they charge so much to produce these thing's,they seam to eat up the time when I'm working on them and at the moment I seam to have no time to work on them. :(
It's not a bad idea I might be able to make them. :D

I'm making U brackets that go around the chassis with two bolts at the top, and that takes more time  as each one is a different width.

Have you tried any of the steel merchants? There's a company up here call The Steel Barn who I'm pretty sure would sell things like that.

Hey wurzil
I have used 3mm plate and i have welded another 3mm to the bottom of the bracket to give it a little more strength.

Will 3mm plate be strong enough for the weight hanging of them. After searching around for a while I decided to use 8mm plate for my brackets, I will post up some photos as soon as I've finished welding them. Can't wait to see the brush bars.

I had the left side bolted to the car on the weekend and my small frame of 100kg's bouncing on the slider and they didn't move.I have braced them fairly well to give them extra support I'm pretty confident they won't go anywhere. The brush bars will be after I finish the sliders as time is a premium at the moment, work keep's getting in the way, so it has been a slow process.

not quite the same thing- but a cleaner option, if you could get it to work- i.e weld the slidertube to the clamp.

Thanks for that they are a great idea but a little expensive.
I ended up emailing ARB and they gave me a answer the next day they sell them for $48 for both.
Here is a update pic.
