Hey thats not too bad, the hilux boys have a manufacturer making them for them.

Was worried about the botom bits on the triton being exposed but it looks well hidden- think the black truck makes it easier.

Well done

Does wonders for the approach angle. You may have only just scraped in with that one - was reading about the new ADR's - new frontal protection systems (i.e. bull bars) now have to be "child head friendly".

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?

You need to have a check out of the discussion on new hilux.

ADR's in regard to most of the dual cabs (in relation to frontal protection and airbags) do not apply.
we fall into a different category- due to being commercial vehicles with the primary purpose of carrying goods.

BTW- Harley is not from Australia if I remember correctly....

He's certainly not from SA. If he lived here, he'd spend most of his time on the side of the road with red and blue flashing lights on the car behind him. :x
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal labotomy!

It ain't pretty being easy!!

Your truck is a beast mate. Love it!

Are they 1 piece wheels and what size and offset?
I hate to advocate drugs, sex, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.

incorrect....bullbars have to comply with ADR73 and 69....the hilux doesnt fall into any one of them and Im sure the triton may scrape through tooso technically you do not have to crash test a bullbar for them it just has to meet the basic design criteria.

ask rod, he knows better than me as we looked into this, but its something like, one of the ADR's cover a primarily "passenger" based 4x4 like patrols and cruisers and because the hilux and most likely the triton are primarily load carrying based vehicles they dont have to comply with one of those ADR's, not sure exactly which one.

The other ADR relates to crash testing over a certain or under a certain gross vehicle weight which doesnt affect the hilux because its out of those required specs....

Look into it, where theres a will theres a way.
