Nah no scrubbing at all - i have since changed to +20 offset, and it feels like the car is wobbling when hitting bumps etc, hard to explain, but certainly feels like the wheel nuts are loose or something is moving. Had a quick look over everything but cant seem to find anything, and its only happened since these new wheels have gone on...???

have you got any pictures of how far out the tyres stick from the side of your triton? also what size lift are you running to get the 285's under there?

the wider stance your triton now has could be making the difference? but even then i couldnt see how it would make it feel like it was wobbling around........... hmmmmm

I had a similar problem when fitting larger tyres to my old hilux but fixed it by fitting a tough dog steering damper.

Top work on the build-up Wurzil :D

You will love the Kuhmo muddies, very good tyre.

Have you put any sides on your canopy ?

Edit; spelling

Nah mate change of plans. We will be purchasing a camper ;) in the near future so have gone back to a hard lid so we won't be needing the extra space in the tub.

Just looked at your day trip story and liked the look of your truck! I'm Interested in the khumos, they are a directional tyre? How have you found them so far? And did you just keep a previous tyre for the spare? Am i right in saying It would be difficult to run one as a spare?
Cheers

Well I have just clocked 10000 with the Khumos and really happy with them so far. I replaced my spare with a steel rim and new tyre of the same profile. They are a directional tyre but I'm more than happy with them. They are no where near as noisey as my old Coopers.
