Keep in mind that Stefanos is in Greece so not every mod he has will be easily available here in the land of Oz.

Love the use of multiple jacks and stands.

The big ones under the chassis rails are great. Need to make me a set of those. The commercial ones are never long or strong enough

Great work as usual Stefanos :D

When I win lotto, I'm going to fly stefanos over to Aus in my private jet so he can do a few mods to my triton. Just everything he has done above.

Something like that but it is only holding up some of the weight of the control arms CV etc. Not a lot, lucky to be 10kg as most of the weight is on the control arm bolts

....as you know,I had broken my inner shaft....

The right is mine and the left I pulled out from a Paj diff('03-'05 model I think).....same part number code both..

If you look closely you'll see the diffence of two shafts.....Paj look like a mould product and mine like "hand" product!!!!
We measure the two shafts and there was a huge difference on the grade of Rockwell scale ......about 9 grades!!!(I don't remember excactly, but from memory Paj 54g,mine 45g)......every grade of this scale is about 10 times stronger!!!......it's look like a "fuse" to me :? :? ........45g is already toooooo strong.....60g are the heads of cutting mashines!!

I would go the harder shaft myself mate....

CV is easier to change and still the fuse ;) But not the 930 CV's they are too strong for a fuse
They would see the diff centre destroyed

How'd you achieve that stefanos? Those switches are exactly how I would like mine to look, hence the fibreglass mould etc, but I'm at paint stage and its failing for me lol. Does that infill come standard or did you put something in there?

Hello Stefanos are you able to post a pic of your car from the side so we can see what your approach angle is like now? And also what size tyres are on at the time, in looking into doing a similar bumper chop kind of like the dakar front bumpers just love the approach angle and the look of them
