The castor angle was out during articulation. In essence it chewed the inside out of his front tyres as it flexed. He fabbed his own UCA's to keep the geometry standard through the full range of travel.

Thanks, but I think they don't have ones for L200. I suggested to tune standard ones again and to wait for a correct solution of the issue

No but I was led to believe they make custom ones.

He had a warped engine block so I'm guessing that's not fixed yet.

Nice creeper joints.
I ran them in my last rig, and they allow for the leaves to really drop on either side without binding on shackle and bushes.

Hi
I know this post is a few years old but was wondering what those Xenon lights were like? I ahem two of them on the front bull bar and I am not sure if it is how they are wired but they really don't seem to give much light out at all. Am wondering if the guy has wired them properly? Are yours really bright?

Hmmmm, let me put it this way: You're unlikely to see too many competitors in the night stages of the next World Rally Championship with those lights mounted on the front of their cars.

Know what I mean? ;)

My mate bought those lights for $70 each from a local guy that imports them. Bought due budget and time frame as we go on our cape trip in less than a week. When we told the guy what we were going to do he suggesd we buy a spare set.... will be surprised if they survive.

However in my opinion they are quite bright. Easily projects light more than 500m down the road. Wired directly to the battery via relay.
