The seat covers are great, you can get in with wet boardies on ;)

I'll be getting the ones from the 'wet-seat' website to go in the back

Coming along nicely there mate :D

Can vouch for the seat covers...pour a cup of coffee or water on 'em...mud....no probs ;)

Expensive but the best available option IMHO

Only problem with the rear one is you can't use the centre arm rest. Had them since new so kids don't even know they're there and I forgot it had them...
I hate to advocate drugs, sex, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.

The 'wet-seat' company make a tailored rear cover, which retains the use of the drink holder

Smouch's Triton Build Up

Haven't updated this thread for a while. Fitted a GME TX 3450 and CDI antenna. A bonnet protector, and today she went in for a silencer kit on the arse end and a resin poor down the steering column. Next mod will be ultimate :-)

A resin pour down the steering column? What's that all about?

Thats what they did rather than replacing the column. They pulled it out and re-poured the resin that 'binds' the various bits together. I tried to grab the hotfix paperwork, but I got a big NO. It was legit, I read it all the way through. Problem is identified as 'insufficient pour of resin at build'. The photos for the fix included a small squeeze bottle of a loctite product. I was assured if the problem came back, next time it's a new column.

Hi Smouch, looks like you are building up a nice ute there. Love that blue but how does it fair in the bush ?

Do you plan on mounting an awning to the roof racks ?

Fitted up my Scott's Rod 3" exhaust.

What can I say, WOW. Great note under idle and all the way through the rev range. I have a manual, it is much freer between 2500-3500 rpm. It now flies past 4000 rpm.

Fuel consumption is up 0.1

That only because the loud pedal is getting a right old tramping

Love that exhaust
