ok, heres the proof, ol Kwyjibo decided to do a few test cuts below the cut off line just to make sure the grinder would do a nice clean cut, not quite sure what came over him, must have been excited but he gave it a quick buzz just above the cut line and then with a very sheepish look on his face says "you guys didnt see that did you?"

then he thought it a good ideat to cut below the line, much better idea

thats a semi decent price I think.. a lot cheaper than a full bar from the other parties. much better angles as well would have launched that hole easy at geraldine ;)

any pics of the washer bladder.. that sounds good how many litres? the arb one looks small for their bars and wouldn't last long? especially in mud  hows it secured etc..

so you can mount a winch in it yeah looks like it has the slots for it.. number plates are over rated on the front anyway just ask trouble..

going to mount up anything to the three mounts across the top kwyjibo?? maybe a big spotty in the middle

looks hot... i want one

and  @ cutting above the line... you maniac!

//new sussy next?

The washer bladder looked small to me too - maybe 3 litres? He hadn't mounted it yet when I last saw it.
I was surprised how big the std one is...bloody huge!

Jop's in guard Paj bottle idea sounds like an option...just don't remember where the pics/thread is?

And yeah after the random grinder wielding cut above the line...I was a bit nervous holding that inner guard

ok so got round to fitting the washer bottle bag/bladder

it came with the bar in a small box with everything needed to create an entire windscreen washing setup, brackets to mount it behind the battery (i don't like where it said to put it so i left as much length on the cables as i could for future movement), the tubes the squirt barrels and even a button, obviously didn't need everything.

started by snipping the 2 wires that went to the original pump and attaching the new plug end as the original didn't fit the new pump on the bladder, and joined wires together and used some heat shrink tubing and lots of tape(all this inside the black pipe stuff), should be fine right...

then used the supplied brackets to fix them to the back of the battery enclosure (where instructions said to, it even had a photo) and voila its on and seems ok for now... i still don't like it though

it took exactly 1.5lt to fill it up, and it seems to be just as powerful as the original pump (hits same spots on the window), but it is easily heard when pushing water, so a bit annoying :(

but whatever at least i can clean my windscreen so i'm very happy with it so far... except that on the bar itself 1 wings end sticks out further than the otherside, probably 2cm infact so i'll ask OL about it when i go there later

May indeed have to wait for these or get some fast tracked, went back to OL today for a little check-up and they seem to think the 140's do not fit in this type of xrox wing as they tried on a navara on friday with same result, the hilux's and patrol wings are different if u look more closely, which i did know about beforehand but it wasn't really a deal breaker, there are other types of lights to fit :( ). Planing to drop in to the opposite lock at nerang as i'll be in the area tomorrow and see if i can get a lightforce 140 housing and physically check (maybe fit if modify the stand?), should have done it today but oh well

But i will definitely be getting a couple of those led bars when the group buy thing is on, to either sit on the very top of the tube or in the wings... cause those things are awesome

Also i'm gonna have to drill one hole each side of the center bit to mount those big ass recovery hooks i posted somewhere round here... as the existing bolt holes i was gonna put them through would make the hooks protrude in front of the bar, which while making it look more badass would probably be illegal

Also i'm gonna make up my own joiner bash plate to connect to the orange one but have no idea how to go about it... any tips people? its only a 10cm gap
