Yeh he did, i was watching and it only worked when it was sticking out the side of his mouth with a slight twist, which is always the case.

I haven't checked my intercooler yet. I do have the EGR blocked off though.

Where did you get the egr blocking plate from ?? Plies I haven't taken off my inlet manafold yet to clean that out will take a few hours to fully clean all the pipe work and intercooler

I got my blanking plates from a guy in the UK via ebay. I just did a quick search then and there don't appear to be any for sale at the moment though.

try doing a google for egr blanking plates 4m40 and see what you can find

Thanks for that I know chip it forum sponsor makes then for the mn ml Tritons shouldn't be much different to the mk
