75mm x 5mm flat bar. Trimmed it back to 60mm x 5 mm. That piece sits behind and bolts to the wing. Then I bolted a pice of 75mm x 5mm flat to the middle section of the front bar and overlapped it onto the first flat with the corners cut at 45deg to miss the bolts on the wing. I also welded a piece of 60mm x5mm in to cover the gap on the top of the bar. Each bolt also has its own 60mm x 15mm crush tube to spread the load.
Hopefully this make sense. I'm sure the true fabricators out there would have a better solution, but I'm happy with how it has come out.

Nice work mate. Toying with the idea of selling my TJM bar and getting the XROX.
I'm wondering if you could add some loops from the main hoop to the side wings to protect the head lights?
One day your life will flash before your eyes. Will it be a good show ???

Hi motoz, You may be able to add loops any things possible. Best off speaking to Outback Accessories. I like the clean look without the hoops. I think even with hoops if you hit something solid you'll bend your hoops back into your lights anyway. I hit a roo in my truck recently, it bent my bullbar back into the cab and twisted the a pillar slightly. I do like the Xrox because if you bend a wing you can just replace it.
