2nd hand Bull Bar

Postby Sapient on Wed Aug 19, 2009 8:46 pm

Looking for some advice.

Went to the local scrap yard today and noticed he had a genuine Mitsi ML Bull Bar clicky linky thingy

Its complete with monting brackets, still has the Misti orginal sticker on it, only thing is its taken a hit down low. Still straight, but the lower center section of the bar has a banana shape to it. Look as though, to my untrained eye it could be rescued and for $100 I would have a nice new genuine front bar.

Is there anything I should be considering here. Brackets and mounting points look to be undamaged and solid.....not sure what else I need to look for really!

Sapient,
I could be wrong (happends from time to time) but is that style of bar only ment for the GLX's without flares?
That maybe something to look at, might not line up to well with the sides of your truck and look a bit dicky :?

I'm not sure this will fit another model other than a GLX with the separate grille/bumper design :?:
