Check out the sponsors section. Can do better than $300 with a wind booster. I like mine.

Wouldn't be without mine. Transforms the 2.5 engine and improves the auto's behaviour as well.

What is the actual idea behind the product? How does it work?

Basically makes the throttle respond more lively.
Use less pressure on the accelerator to get the same response.
No extra HP just better response while accelerating.

It increases the voltage in the fly by wire accelerator circuit..
In three settings off green and red
Off = full travel of pedal.as ome
Green = pedal travel to wot is 1/2 of the ome travel..
Red. = pedal travel to wot is 1/4 of the ome travel...
It shrinks down the pedal travel..if you get what I mean.
So you effectively you get the power down quicker..
by having a very sensitive short throw throttle....it doesn't give you any more power even though it feels like it...
Wot= wide open throttle.

Mine died last week, flashing lights and swapping between the three modes when accelerating, made for an interesting ride! Will be chasing it up, is an awesome bit of gear, hard to live without!
FYI - 4 years out of it

Throttle Controller "wind Booster" same concept, different brand, better price, better quality in my opinion (I've owned both).
