what size tyres fit on a standard pc challenger

Hi everyone, I found a bit of info on the triton Page but not sure what suits the challenger. Does anyone know if you can go 285/75/r16 without a lift kit, or can you only run 265/75/r16. Just chasing a little bit more clearance and bigger foot print.

I'm running 265/75R16 Cooper ST Maxx on my PC and they clear the guards easily. Not sure on the 285s though.

Oh dear! Here we go again. But this is the Challenger area so I'm going to allow it, but let's keep this subject confined to this thread please people.
rjays, the limitations on tyre size are at the front so all of what applies to the Triton applies here too/
