Postby Matt1986 on Wed May 04, 2016 5:09 pm

Hi all
Looking at buying a pb but I'm needing to know if anyone has fitted a snorkel to a xls model with the hid headlights

If so what is needed
Thanks

I think we need someone with one of these to take a photo of the area between the back of the RH headlight and the air box. That might start to identify issues with the Safari type snorkel.

Other snorkel types come in behind (not in front of) the air box, so probably don't present an issue on the available space.

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?

only the 2011 had hid all the rest dont have hid
just normal lights
hids in the chally were a very limited idea and never took off
if it has normal lights every snorkel fits with limited mods done...

TJM definitely do an Airtec snorkel but I'm not familiar with the internal plumbing of it. Would be worth asking though.
