Hi, just picked up the MQ GLS and found this interesting reading rather than the Ausie magazines Ranger /Amarok biased reviews

That is an interesting read. I wish the base model came with a rear diff lock in Australia!! Interesting to see it is the highest seller in the UK if I read correctly?
Keeping the shiny side up since 1984. :D

Seems a lot of bias to the Hilux and Ranger in Australia.

Hilux - nothing exciting, overrated and overpriced. (Like most yotas; for the talcy set. )

Ranger - just a fraud. :lol: You'd expect it to be better than the previous series or why bother.

Note though that the Mitsi is constantly being compared to a group of units that really have grown into a larger category. Does everyone actually want to he constantly pushed into larger and larger vehicles as models get updated?

My own personal preference would be to have a tub the length of the ml with the height of the mq. All the other vehicle dimensions (apart from suspension ) are spot on.
