Mounting awning without roof racks

Was just wondering has anyone mounted an awning without having roof racks and if so how did they go about it...cheers Rick

I doubt it can be done, you'll need somewhere to anchor it.
Depending on the size, a set of ski bars would be the minimum you'd need.

If you have hbars in the tub or tray can move mount of that, or. Roof racks.
There is 1 that I have seen that uses 2 suctioning caps that you stick to the roof the. Roll out awning as normal. It was a dune lightweight one $99.
