I like the look of your MQ. Have you had any issues with rubbing with the larger tyres and stock suspension?

Suspension is an Ironman lift/load kit. With Dobinsons front bar, winch and driving lights, the front raised about 65mm after settling in. Rear has a drawer system with fridge (usually holding a dozen or so beers for me and cold water and juice for the kids), aux AGM battery, 55L water tank built into the draw system, built in air compressor, and always carries recovery gear and tools, and after settling was raised about 68mm.
No scrubbing at all, even at full flex. I don't think I could go much bigger with the tyres though.

Hi mate, nice mod's, Black Betty's a nice bit of gear.
With your tyre size increase....
- was there any rubbing before the lift or were the AT's fitted after the lift ?
- what difference (if any) to the speedo/odometer readings ?
Cheers, Ray

Tyres were fitted before lift, no scrubbing. The guys that fitted the tyres told me the tyres were as big as I could go without modifying the front flares and mud flaps. There is very little room between the tyre and the rear edge of the flare/flap.
Speedo is now pretty much spot on, checked at different speeds using a couple different GPS units.
Lost a fair bit of power from the bigger tyres, and also made the gearing taller. Makes it difficult to get my camper trailer moving on any uphill take offs.

If it is, it will be beneficial for the cars readout at trade in time  it will mean I will have covered more kms than the odometer says.
