MQ GLX Triton

Postby Josephcullen on Sun Oct 30, 2016 2:49 pm

Just picked up my 6 speed MQ. My third triton after owning the 3.2, 2.5 and now the 2.4. Just got 400ks in the clock this weekend and so far love it.
So far only mods are:
89 000 lumen LED spotties (cheapies)
ARB summit bar
ARB side rails/ steps
Safari snorkel
Mitsubishi tow bar.

More to come soon:
Wheels
EGR mod
DPF delete (maybe depending on warranty issues)

Will upload more photos as I get them.

Joe.

When you say DPF delete do you mean completely remove DPF, have you any info on this.

Nice looking rig. The black grille looks much better than the chrome.

Nice looking rig she's coming along nicely :)

I see you have had her tune { remapped and not chipped } by DR Diesel and they are a EcuTek distributor.
so I'm wondering has it made a big difference to your power and fuel economy as I'm looking at doing the same as I'm not a huge fan of chipping {just my thing} any information or feed back would be greatly appreciated

Hey mate no tune on it as yet... I'm of the same opinion as you though with as far as remap rather than chip.
