Bridge the 4wd switch wires via a seperate switch and it thinks it is in 4wd and diff lock can be engaged

I then mounted the switch into one of the blanks next to the cig socket above the gear levers, looks quite factory in that location.
Big thanks though Snooozy for posting this mod in the first place! Iv been screwing around and struggling to get my trailer reversed up my driveway at the new house for two weeks and just pushing it the last bit by hand this will help a tonn!!

Sometimes you can't (or shouldn't) use 4wd due to wind up of the drive train. Open diff only gives 1 wheel so with diff lock you double your traction.
