Hi mate.

Any chance you could show some more pics of your ladder rack and roof rack set up?
I was day dreaming about doing the exact same thing today and was trying to picture how it would look.

Sure. Got the ladder idea from a thread on here. Using an MN sports bar and undoing the bolts. $70 off Gumtree. I then painted it black....

Then bought a this rack from eBay. It's aluminum and came in a flat pack. All bolts together. Says it will hold 100kg evenly distributed. I'm only going to use for luggage. Bought a roof top bag and it fits perfectly. I wouldn't hang a hi lift jack off the side though. Will use the roof racks for that stuff

That's actually an awesome idea for the rear rack. I may copy!

They would easily hold my weight....x2...so I reckon at least 200kg. I wouldn't trust a roof top tent on it :D

My rack is a cheap Aluminum one rated at 100kg (evenly spread). Good enough for my needs... Ie Roof top bag full of luggage or recovery tracks, shovel etc. That's my weak point. Have since removed the ladder rack and put my hard lid back on, and mounted the rack on the hard lid. Too much rain up here at the moment.

Well....it looks good and is cheaper than ARB  UHF antenna and lights all fit nicely. Happy with the quality of it. I don't have a winch and havent hit anything yet though. I know its not as solid as others and doesnt have hilift points but it feels safer than just a nudge bar.

Yeah i'm looking to upgrade from a beaten up nudgebar to a bully. The ironman strikes my eye cause of the price. Also looking at Xrox... Hows the approach angle compared to the nudge?

Have since put the hard lid back on and installed the rack onto it. Too much rain around at the moment and the decider was having to put a full shopping load in the back seat with the kids....haha. Easy to take off when I need to move stuff.

Also upgraded the head unit to a 40w RMS per speaker Sony stereo. Has a built in amp. Needed to be connected directly to the battery with 2x 15A fuses in line. Works a treat. The after market speakers and subwoofer sing now. The rearview mirror vibrates with the beat now  Also cleaned up all the wiring.

11.2 seems to be my average according to the factory display. Haven't tested if that's accurate though

Hey Kouta just wondering did you paint the wheels yourself or did you get them professionally done?
If professionally done how much did it set you back?
I love the look, do they scratch easily?
Cheers

Did the wheels myself mate. Check out this thread for more info and pics.
They still look great after many off road adventures.

Hi Kouta, Id be interested to see where you installed your subwoofer in your GLXR. Was it one of those under the seat jobs?
