I have ordered mine today. I will be happy when the soot problem is sorted. I will be getting the tappets adjusted soon and will get the manifold and EGR cleaned at the same time.

Hey ls2cruiser, yeah plugged it in, it takes seconds to plug in, I got the egr blank module mk111 I think it is,this is on an mn of course, I haven't done many k's but no cel or anything, I don't have a ob reader so can't confirm if it is fully closed but with all the other comments about this module and research I believe it would be working as it should be. :P

I'm pretty sure he (Tony) is in the process of making 1 for the MQ, just have to hold tight for a bit.

I enquired with Tony last week and his wife replied to my email.

"Unfortunately at the moment, we do not have a module for the MQ. We are very close to releasing this module, but are still ironing out a few minor issues.
As soon as this product becomes available, I will email you and let you know."
This was on the 27 July.
So fingers crossed hopefully soon.

Hi guy, just like to let everyone know that I just had my 75,000 service done on my mn and because of the amount of time since I bought my ute I also had the timing belts done, I asked the mechanic to take some photos of my manifolds as I was concerned about carbon build up (more so because I have had Tony's plug and play EGR trickery installed since they first became available and it was said that a catch can was not needed when Installed) well I can confirm that my manifold is as clean as a whistle and the mechanic said its the cleanest he's seen.
Tony I thank you for your efforts and applaud your product.
Regards
Scale.

Yes he is but he's a bit under the pump atm with the farm.

I'd give it a few more days and send another one.

Just received and e-mail from Libby (Tony's) wife in relation to the EGR mod for the MQ Triton. It appears that they are not happy with the performance of the current unit and are sourcing and alternative. It would appear that the MQ EGR is not quite as easy to bypass as the previous models.

Hi, I have the mod and a catch can on my ML triton, Have you had a look at your intercooler as that may be the reason for your clean manifold, as all the condensate, oil vapour, mist etc from the engine will condense and accumulate there before it gets to the manifold. I clean my catch can regularly to make sure there is zero back pressure and there is always oil and other moisture there, this gives me the peace of mind my intercooler is able to do its job without being loaded up with gunk increasing pipe friction and reducing its effectiveness...
