Hi all , anyone used a sandwich plate on there 2.5 to connect oil pressure gauge to and any issues , reading up its advised not to use the brass t piece off the oil sender as they tend to break due to vibration , any thoughts?

I've considered the sandwich plates but put off by the possible extra spot for oil leaks.

With the brass fitting, you'd put the lightest sensor on the spot which is further away from the block.

If you were really concerned about vibration, you could possibly brace it.
