I have an ML Triton single cab diesel auto which I bought in 2008. I had TJM XGS suspension fitted all round with heavy duty springs and shocks fitted to the front to handle the additional weight of bullbar and winch when I purchased it.
When I am using it in severe conditions such as on a trip across the Anne Beadell Hwy and CSR I find the front end very soft and gives a ride a bit like a pogo stick. The shocks also fade on the corrugations despite driving slowly. The front end sits much lower than the back giving it a very nose down look and with inadaquate ground clearance.
I wondered if anyone could suggest a good suspension set up for outback touring or improvements I could make and also if any one could recommend a suspension specialist familiar with Tritons in Northern Vic.
Cheers
Tony
